Keywords

Introduces beginners to the foundational keywords associated with each Tarot card. Students will learn how to use these keywords to simplify card meanings and enhance their reading accuracy.

Symbolic Language

Focuses on understanding the symbolic language of the Tarot. Students will explore the symbols within the cards and their deeper meanings, enabling more insightful readings.

The Fool's Journey

An overview of The Fool's Journey, a narrative that illustrates the path of personal growth and spiritual development through the Major and Minor Arcana. Students will learn how to view the Tarot deck as a cohesive story.

Learning Points:

• Major & Minor Arcana Overview: Delve into the 78 cards and their individual roles in The Fool's Journey.

• Narrative Understanding: Learn to see the deck as a sequential journey of self-discovery and transformation.

• Card Keywords: Understand the primary keywords for each of the 78 Tarot cards to create a basic framework for interpretations.

• Memorisation Techniques: Learn effective strategies to memorise these keywords and recall them during readings.

• Symbol Identification: Learn to identify common symbols in the Tarot and understand their general meanings.

• Application in Readings: Practice using keywords in actual readings to build confidence and accuracy in interpreting Tarot spreads.

In her years of study into Tarot, Yan has devised a quick, logical and comprehensive way to understand and use Tarot cards. With this understanding, we are then able to decipher immediately the messages the cards bring to us.
